My Personal Journey with Reiki
Several years ago, I was on a retreat when I heard a clear inner message: "It's time to learn Reiki." At the time, I didn't even know what Reiki was, but the nudge was intriguing and persistent. I decided to dive deep into the study and practice of this hands-on healing technique. As soon as I started practicing, I felt an inexplicable familiarity, as if I was remembering and relearning an ancient practice from a past life. Of course, my skeptical mind initially questioned whether this "actually worked." However, with time, practice, and countless incredible experiences using Reiki on myself, my family, friends, and clients, I could no longer deny the power of this "Reiki thing."
I now use Reiki daily. It grounds me, helps me feel in tune with my inner peace and wisdom, and has opened up my connection to energy in a profound way. I am grateful to have this healing modality at my fingertips to use with myself, my kids, my partner, friends, clients, and even my dog.
